So its time to explain what has been going on.

The webhost I have used has been good to this website, and to me. While not as strong as other sites and while I been using this service for years – you dont forget how good one have had it.

This is more of your hosts fault in a way than the webhost. The reason being is that I was not only correct about Google and the like, but it was worst BEYOND MY OWN IMAGINING. Worse for you and I, dear reader the craziness is not going to be fixed. And to make matters worse – the inflation bug as not only caused changes to how the webhost handles their services – it has effected the most powerful weapon one has to make any sort of inroads in getting any sort of eyeballs. E-Mail.

You see, dont you think is kind of stupid – to have a domain, and a website – but have all your emails different from from that same domain and same website. You want to have one thing in ONE PLACE. Garou Gothic.com, connects to the website and you have a,b,c and d[AT]garougothic[DOT]com. Simple, to the point and should help in things.

The webhost has changed the idea. Now – on top of increased prices for the hosting which will cause some consternation unless certain thing change – the email that was once free that came with the site has now become paid email.

Sure, 4 dollars isn’t much but for a good long while – the reason why the site didn’t close own last year – is that I was able to hold the site longer – 3 months at a time. This was because email was free. The price increase and the paid email has changed all of this.

I want to keep this as simple as possible. I haven’t been a good place for the last three years and things have not improved. It is not changing. And how can I make changes when it seems that the whole world has given up on themselves and on your host, dear reader?

So certain sacrifices have to be made yet again. I have other e-mails I can use – but again – see how stupid it looks? And the other projects I want to do and and yet more delays. In the end of the month, barring a miracle, i will change the contact pages to the new emails. I have to retrofit the other accounts to fit this new reality.

Past January – March of this year however? I have to make a gigantic decision on keeping this host. I love the host but the world is switching up ever so quick and even the webhost will face the music from this darkened and fucked up world. I wish to stay with this host for the rest of my life on this planet because its been that good to me. Even if i don’t keep the webhost – I KNOW how valuable website hosting names are, and I wish to keep the name because its a part of me when everything was going awry.

I have somewhat of an Idea of how to build servers, both on a e-mail and webhost level at this point of the game on a personal drive. If push came to shove – I just have to link the site to that drive and its more advanced protections.

But its a crazy venture in itself – and the work that has to be done in order to lock all sorts of things down will take a lot of time and that time i might not have.
