As recent events have shown, sites like these need to be more careful in its reviews and news articles.
Now wait a sec, this site is more of a shrine – with lets plays, twitch streams, video reviews and so on
Well, true – but this has to be done because – even though its a fan site/shrine/etc – dont kid yourself, its serious.
One major change is the way this site (and others on Garou Gothic), handles adverts.
NO adverts will be on the main pages UNLESS, and i do mean UNLESS the advertisers make a long term agreement for EVERYTHING GarouGothic does. Its all or nothing.
All adverts will be on its own page. (I explained how this work in the about page on Garou Gothic)
For this site however, i will only accept Adverts from three companies, same with the Twitch Side – Sony, Turner (adult swim/toonami) and Blackberry (unless you have a long term contract with Garou Gothic)
I will disclose ANY and ALL Relationships and Gifts I have gotten, and by that end, not review any of those gifts, and will point you other review sites that have reviewed games that I received as gifts.
I will not accept however, any money for reviews. That will not happen. Those advertisers however, can ask for promotion and I am willing to help – but i will not review that game in the process.
Like in all Garou Gothic websites – i will not use Adsense or other web ad spiders. If one of the advertisers ask us to use those ad spiders – then I will review such ads and see what can be acceptable.
I will not accept any mobile or app based advertisements dealing with gaming outside of any main contract with Garou Gothic.
